Design options

Please note: You can design your own Truist Personal or Small Business debit card. However, Delta SkyMiles® Debit Cards are not eligible for card design.

When deciding which photo to use on your debit card, consider:

Delivery timeline

  • Gallery images: Debit cards personalized with a gallery image will be delivered in 5 to 7 business days after your submission.
  • Personal uploaded image: Debit cards personalized with your own image will go through a 2 to 3 business day image approval processDisclosure 1. Debit cards will be delivered 5 to 7 business days after image approval.
  • If your image is not approved, you have 10 days from your original request to submit a new image for approval.

Disclosure 1  Personalizing a debit card is free to new Truist personal debit cardholders, as well as existing Truist personal debit cardholders.

  • For existing debit cardholders, personalizing a card will generate a new debit card number. The personalized card will replace the cardholder’s existing standard debit card.
