    Disclosure 1 Unsecured loan amount, not to exceed two (2) months gross revenue or one (1) month gross revenue for non-profits. Unsecured loan amount for start-up businesses, with less than two years in existence, is up to $25,000, not to exceed (1) month gross revenue. For unsecured small business loan requests over $50,000, we’ll need to verify your business assets.

    Disclosure 2 Eligible requests for no financial statements or liquidity verification subject to credit history review and bank underwriting standards. Start-ups, businesses in existence less than 2-years, and non-profits require financial statement review prior to approval.

    Disclosure 3 For example, a $30,000 loan for 60 months at 12.38% APR will result in monthly payments of $673.11. Rates are subject to credit approval.

    Disclosure 4 No origination fee, but other fees and closing costs may apply.

    Disclosure 5 For example, a $40,000 loan for 75 months at 8.59% APR will result in monthly payments of $691.11. Rates are subject to credit approval.

    Disclosure 6 Eligible soft costs may include, but are not limited to, equipment add-on(s), delivery fees, taxes, and tag & license costs/fees. Extended warranties, maintenance contracts, or GAP insurance are not eligible soft costs. Also, a request to finance soft costs applies only when borrower is financing passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, construction equipment or agriculture equipment. Request by borrower to finance any other type of equipment is not eligible for soft cost financing. Also note, Bank may, at any time and at its sole discretion, determine if soft costs, not listed above, may be eligible for financing.

    Disclosure 7 For example, a $40,000 loan for 84 months at 10.09% APR will result in monthly payments of $665.91. Rates are subject to credit approval.

    Disclosure 8 Small Business Real Estate Loan may be secured by commercial or 1-4 family residential real estate, as long as loan is for business purposes only. Multifamily (5+) residential investment property or loans to purchase a primary or secondary residence are not permitted.

    Disclosure 9 Loan amounts may be available up to $250,000 with appropriate collateral. Subject to credit approval.

    Disclosure 10 Terms may go up to 60 months with appropriate collateral.

    Disclosure 11 A loan applicant may be eligible for an interest rate discount of 0.25% or 0.50% on Small Business loans and Small Business lines of credit. The interest rate discount is based on the Dynamic Business Checking – Deposit Balance Tier Benefits in effect on the loan application date. If you are in the Core Rewards Tier Benefit on the loan application date, you are not eligible for an interest rate discount. Loan applicants in the Plus Rewards Tier, on the loan application date, are eligible for a 0.25% interest rate discount and loan applicants in the Preferred Rewards Tier, on the loan application date, are eligible for a 0.50% interest rate discount. Small Business loan applicants and co-applicants are not allowed to combine interest rate discounts. One Dynamic Business Checking interest rate discount is permitted per loan. The interest rate discount shall be applied to the interest rate disclosed to loan applicant at the time of loan approval. The interest rate discount is nontransferable and is only available for loans and lines of credit originating through Consumer and Small Business Branch, Small Business Direct, and Small Business Digital channels. Small Business Lending interest rates discounts are not available to business or commercial credit cards, commercial loans, or corporate loans. Any additional promotional offers and terms will be disclosed to the loan applicant at the time of such offering.
